I require a second parking space, may I use visitor’s parking?
Only one parking space is available per condo. Owners and tenants are not permitted to use Visitor’s Parking. Unauthorized use of the visitors’ parking may result in your vehicle being towed, and you will be responsible for all costs incurred. Some owners may have an unused parking spot and may consider private arrangements; however, those arrangements are your responsibility. Unofficially, there is an overflow area/field behind the Mullett Street property that some residents use, however this property is not owned by or managed by the condo corporation.
I have a guest visiting overnight, how do I register their license plate for the visitor’s parking?
The Condo board will provide you with laminated guest passes to be displayed in the car’s dash indicating they are an overnight guest of your unit. You are not required to register their license plate for single visits.
